Every message goes to one address and is read by a real person. There is no support team, so a reply can take a day or two.
What to send
A number looks wrong
This is the most useful message you can send, especially if you do the work yourself. Name the entry, say what the figure should be, and tell us what you are basing that on. A link or a screenshot of a real payout is ideal, and firsthand experience counts too. If your correction checks out, we update the entry.
An idea is missing
Use the submission form instead. It asks for the few things needed to place an entry properly, which saves a round of questions.
You run one of the platforms listed here
If a fact about your platform is out of date, send the correction and it will be checked and fixed like any other. Rankings and figures always come from the published method.
Removing a comment
Comments are moderated by hand. If something posted here needs taking down, name the entry and quote the comment, and it will be removed if it breaks the rules in the terms of use.
